  A very special dish for a very special holiday season. This amazing creation comes with an hallaca (similar to a mexican tamal) stuffed with various meats and vegetables, and cooked for a long time inside of platain leaves. this is serverd with our fantastic ham bread, chicken salad and pork roast.

Sweet Bites

  This insanely tasty treat is made by soacking a white sponge cake in a mixture of three milks (tres leches) made of heavy cream, evaporated milk and condenced milk.
